Terms & Conditions

Installation includes placement of post for up to 120 days.

Posts are typically installed within 48 hours of confirmation, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

If the post remains installed beyond 120 days, a $30 renewal fee will apply for each additional 120 day period.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled installation.

Installations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $35 service fee.

The Realtor is responsible for ensuring:

• property location is ready for installation

• there are no underground obstructions preventing installation

• installation complies with local bylaws

• homeowner approval has been obtained if required

If installation cannot be completed due to site conditions, a return trip fee may apply.

Realtor is responsible for supplying sign panel unless otherwise arranged.

Sign drop off or storage may be coordinated if needed.

PostHaus is not responsible for damage to signs due to:

• weather

• vandalism

• landscaping equipment

• third-party interference

• homeowner removal

• external circumstances beyond our control

Clear access to installation area must be provided.

If installer cannot access the location, a return trip fee may apply.
