Posthaus provides real estate sign post installation across Greater Vancouver. This policy explains what personal information we collect through posthaus.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you book an install or send an enquiry, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number

• the property address and requested install date

• sign drop-off arrangements, special instructions, selected add-ons and any promo code

When you pay, your card details are entered directly into a secure payment form provided by Stripe. Posthaus never receives or stores your card number.

We use your information only to:

• schedule, complete and remove your installation

• process your payment and issue your receipt and invoice

• contact you about your booking

• keep business and accounting records

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

We share your information only with the services we rely on to run bookings:

• Stripe, to process payments and send receipts and invoices

• Brevo, to send booking confirmation emails

• Google, which hosts our booking records and our email inbox

• Vercel, which hosts this website

These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Stripe's payment form may set cookies that are needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@posthaus.ca.

Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
